Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

Please note that during product launches, sales, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship orders with DHL.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Germany: 2–5 business days
• European Union: 3–10 business days
• International orders: 5–14 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as postal delays, customs processing, or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and package size.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (if available). Please use this tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.

Customs & International Orders

For orders outside the European Union, additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Kittycatkiller.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Kittycatkiller is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
